Sometimes she’ll go outdoors for a run, other times she may go on a treadmill to mix things up.
In regards to Ana’s diet, it’s all clean and lean as with any fitness model. To stay in shape, she eats a lot of vegetables and lean protein. Carbs are limited to only complex sources such as sweet potatoes and quinoa. Additionally, Ana doesn’t eat carbs throughout the whole day. Instead, she only eats them for breakfast and after her workouts. Avoiding carbs in the evening helps her prevent blood sugar spikes which, she believes, could lead to poor sleep and weight gain
